Payment

The payment methods that I accept are MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover.  Your credit card will be billed upon placement of your order.  Please provide accurate information as this can delay processing of your order.

Florida residents 7.5% sales tax will be added to the total before shipping costs .

Shipping

For in-stock items, I will ship your order within 1-3 business day unless I need to contact you to process your order.  In the rare case that we sell out of an item you have purchased, I will do our best to help you find a replacement.  I may need to contact you if your order is flagged by our payment processing system, especially for international orders, so please make you provide correct contact information. 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason there is an issue with the item when it arrives, please contact me ASAP to address it.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days, for a full refund or store credit of the purchase price less S/H fees only for unopend and undamaged merchandise.

If I shipped the wrong item or it is defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship I will send a replacement, refund, or store credit of your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and condition.  If the reason is due to my error you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost for any exchange.  Any return I will credit you the original shipping cost for the item(s).

If you ordered the wrong item or had a change of heart I will exchange the item or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in the original packaging and in "as-new" condition.  You would be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to me.  When you exchange an item under these conditions you would be charged to ship the replacement as well as any price difference.  I do not refund shipping costs.

Any damages due to shipping will be the responsibility of the delivery carrier.

Out of Stock 

In the rare case that the product you have ordered is out-of-stock this will delay fulfilling your order. I will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
