Returns, Refunds and Exchanges If for any reason there is an issue with the item when it arrives, please contact me ASAP to address it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days, for a full refund or store credit of the purchase price less S/H fees only for unopend and undamaged merchandise. If I shipped the wrong item or it is defective due to manufacturing and/or workmanship I will send a replacement, refund, or store credit of your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging and condition. If the reason is due to my error you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost for any exchange. Any return I will credit you the original shipping cost for the item(s). If you ordered the wrong item or had a change of heart I will exchange the item or refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in the original packaging and in "as-new" condition. You would be responsible for shipping the item(s) back to me. When you exchange an item under these conditions you would be charged to ship the replacement as well as any price difference.
